We are proud stockists of local potter Nyn.Ceramics. You may have noticed the beautiful vases on our cafe tables, these were made for us by Nynke.
Nynke is the owner of a pottery studio on a farm surrounded by fields and woods near St. Columb Major in Cornwall. This wild landscape is the inspiration for much of her work.
These cups are glazed with wild clay sourced on Coastal Paths and local Woodlands. Using wild clay in her ceramics creates a totally unique effect, and represents a direct connection with the incredible Cornish landscape.
Mornings are made for coffee and contemplation in a bespoke mug.
Nynke has recently also worked with a good friend of St Kew Farmshop, Max Wyld with the two working closely on hand thrown pots and individually painted pots and vases.
We are lucky to be the sole stockist of the final pieces which are on display in the GreenHouse.
