Chocolarder Oko Caribe Farm

Chocolarder is one of a handful of bean-to-bar chocolate makers in the UK, and the only one based in Cornwall. Everything that comes out of the factory is made with only the best ingredients, sourced locally where possible, in the seaside town of Falmouth.

Tasting Notes: A very nutty flavour from the cacao and browned butter base. With interesting flavours of vanilla ice cream and honey.

Ingredients: Cocoa beans, unrefined raw sugar and browned milk powder.
