Cornwall Pasta - Chilli Pepper Lumaconi

The Cornwall Pasta Company make great tasting, small-batch organic pasta, combining traditional techniques with local seasonal ingredients.

We take juicy little fire crackers in the form of Organic Red Chilli Peppers and add them to our signature Organic Pasta Dough, try as a ‘con carne’ - with meat!

We like to add a spoon of creme fraiche then grated cheese to stir through for a quick 5 minute supper to impress anyone with taste buds.
